My bucket list is made up of a 101 tasks I have to complete in 1,001. The tasks include silly things, meaningful ones too, and things (if you know me) I have never been able to complete. Follow me as I actually finish something I have started, find real strength in my word and integrity in completing something I said I would do and maybe some of your own motivation to start tackling your own bucketlist. The 1,001 days ends October 15, 2012…

#49 Go to a Museum

Today Mom and I went to the Museum of Natural History. It is 4 floors of incredible exhibits ranging from dinosaurs to North American Mammals to Medeorites to name a feel. You make recognize some of the exhibts from the movie "The Night at the Museum". While the museum looked a lot different than the movie a lot of the exhibts featured in the movie are on display there. Including the T-Rex, Dum Dum, the monkey and the Jungle Animals. It was a very long day but a lot of fun.

My favorite exhibts were the Milstein Hall of Ocean Life, North American Forests (I cannot believe how big the Sequoia trees are), and the Akeley Hall of American Mammals. I thought it was really interesting the different things the Indians built with their hands. My other favorite was the Saurischian Dinosaurs. I took tons of pictures but have included some of them below. This definitely a place you should check out if you never have!
